- Meet outside the Birling Gap Café where our friendly guides will greet you. Please have your booking confirmation ready to show.
- The weather can be extreme on the Seven Sisters so please wear appropriate footwear and clothing. Ensure you bring water and sunscreen.
- Dogs are welcome but must be on a lead.
- There is uneven and hilly terrain throughout the walk. The walk is approximately 4 miles long. Suitable for the moderately fit. There are grazing animals along the walk.
- Suitable for children aged 12+ accompanied by an adult.
- The walk starts at Birling Gap. Consider car sharing. The coastal bus 13X runs on a Sunday with stops directly outside Birling Gap.
