Outdoor theatre - Pride & Prejudice
Join us on Friday 11 July for a fantastic original adaptation of the world’s favourite love story - Pride & Prejudice.
Join Chapterhouse Theatre Company as you step back in time over two hundred years and meet Elizabeth Bennet and her sisters as they navigate the mire of manners of regency society.
With stunning period costume, timeless wit, and a romantic original score, Chapterhouse’s Pride and Prejudice is a faithful telling of Austen’s greatest work. Join family and friends for an evening of magical theatre as we bring the world’s favourite love story.
Please note:
- From the car park, make your way to the Beech Walk Paddock where the performance will take place.
- Bring low backed chairs or blankets as seating is not provided. As the sun sets it can get cold, so layers of clothes are advised. Feel free to bring a picnic.
- Performance and seating area is on grass and will go ahead in all weathers, so please come prepared if required. Please note that access to the Beech Walk Paddock is via a large cobbled area.
- Prior to the performance, there will be an opportunity to purchase food from the tea-room. During the interval the tearoom will be open for refreshments, cakes, hot/cold drinks, crisps and ice cream. If you prefer, please feel free to bring a picnic.
- This is a family friendly event.
