Let Paul Howard show you how to draw Plop, the owl from the classic book, through several easy to follow steps and help you to bring your own little owl to life!
Paul Howard has been illustrating children’s books for over thirty years, and has been based in Belfast since 2000. Best known for his illustration work for Jill Tomlinson’s classic ‘The Owl Who Was Afraid of the Dark’, and the 'Burpee Bears' series by Joe Wicks, Paul was the Children’s Writing Fellow for Northern Ireland for 2022/23.
Please note:
- This is a children's event for age ranges 5 to 11 - all children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Meet at the admission hut.
- Wear a warm coat, book-themed costumes are optional but appreciated!
- PMVs available upon request. Buggy space in the venue is limited.
- This event is suitable for children aged 5+.
