Get ready to explore the tiny wonders of nature with Minibeast Mondays, a FREE fun-filled family activity perfect for curious kids and their grown-ups! Head out on a bug hunt with magnifiers in hand to discover and identify fascinating minibeasts hiding in the wild, from wriggly worms to speedy beetles. Learn all about their habitats and behaviours through interactive activities, then unleash your creativity by sculpting your very own clay minibeast to take home. It’s a hands-on adventure packed with learning, and lots of little legs.

Please note:

  • Standard admissions charges apply to non-members on arrival. 
  • Meeting point – outside The Lookout (look for the orange flag).
  • Wear season/ weather appropriate outdoor shoes and clothing.
  • Though the site is wheelchair and pushchair friendly, there are some steep slopes and uneven surfaces. For accessibility information please see our website.
  • This event is aimed at families but everyone is welcome. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Sessions can be booked online or at Reception.
