Tree Planting Day with transport from Broadclyst and Cranbrook
Join us on Saturday 10 January on a one-off volunteering day and help us plant trees.
Throughout the winter, Killerton’s countryside team and the local community will be planting trees. This is to complete our second stage of planting at the new woodland being created at Elbury on the Killerton estate. We will be planting mixed broadleaf species including alder and willow.
This is a free event but booking is required.
There will be a free shuttle bus transporting volunteers from Church Close, Broadclyst and Younghayes Centre, Cranbrook every hour to take you to the planting site.

The bus will return to the start location throughout the day
Date: Saturday 10 January drop in session
Timing: 10:00am until 2pm
You are welcome to join us for a full day, half day or drop in when it suits you. There will be port-a-loos in the planting field. Please dress for the weather, bring snacks, water and a flask (and lunch if you’re planning to stay for a full day).

- This is an outdoors event so please dress for the weather. Wellies or sturdy boots required. Bring snacks, water and a flask (and lunch if your planning to stay for a full day).
