This one-hour tour marks the 80th anniversary of the closure of East Pool Mine in 1945 and delves into the resuscitation of East Pool Mine in the tin effort of the Second World War and the problems it faced. We invite you to hear stories and experiences of miners stationed here during that time and explore the buildings that have been maintained since then, including Taylor's Engine House.
