I’m no longer able to visit, am I able to get a refund?
We have a "No refund" policy, unless the property has to close in which case all bookings will be refunded accordingly.
Do I need to pay for parking?
Members park free but non-members will need to pay where there are pay machines. Campervans are welcome but not permitted to stay overnight and we're unable to welcome caravans at this time. (Please note: if you are booking car parking in advance you do not need to pay again at property.)
Will everything be open for my visit?
Please check property website before you travel to see which facilities are open for your visit and for accessibility information.
Am I able to bring my dog with me?
Check property website for the policy on bringing dogs when you visit.
What does 'branches' mean?
This system uses the word 'branches' to mean 'places'.
