We have a ‘No cancellations/refunds’ policy, unless the property has to close, in which case all bookings will be refunded for the relevant time/date at the associated location.
Tickets are for your use and cannot be resold.

Tickets cannot be transferred to another event, date or time.

Events that include food and/or drinks:
- Please note, food and drinks prepared in our kitchens are made using a wide range of ingredients. Whilst we do our very best, we can’t guarantee that any of our products are totally allergen free.
- If you require more information about ingredients or allergens for an event, please contact the property directly.
Explorer Pass Terms & Conditions
1. Your confirmation of purchase email acts as your pass. Please take the order confirmation with you (digitally on your device or printed out) when visiting National Trust properties during the validity period of your pass. Mobile coverage may be limited at the property, so passholders are advised to download the confirmation email to their device beforehand. Passholders who cannot present a confirmation email may be charged the full admission price.
2.This pass is for the named person(s) only, ID may be requested, in the form of a driver’s licence, passport or identity card (photocopies are acceptable).
3.The pass is only valid for the dates specified on the pass.
4.This pass is valid for admission and vehicle parking at National Trust properties during the published opening times only. Opening hours may be subject to change at any time and should be checked when planning a visit, see www.nationaltrust.org.uk
N.B. Coaches are excluded. Vans, motorhomes and caravans are subject to local restrictions. Please check the property website before you travel.
5. To use the pass for parking, please print the confirmation and visibly display the information shown under the dotted line in the dash of your vehicle. Alternatively, if you do not have access to a printer please write down and display the Order Reference Number found in your confirmation email. Please do not display any personal data such as your customer name and address.
6. Individual passes (1 adult) are valid for the admission of 1 adult aged 18 and over.
7.Joint passes (2 adults) are valid for the admission of 2 people aged 18 and over.
8.Family (1 adult) are valid for the admission of 1 adult aged 18 and over and your children/grandchildren under 18.
9.Family (2 adults) passes are valid for the admission of 2 adults and your children/grandchildren under 18.
10. There are some excluded properties where the Explorer Pass does not grant free admission, these are: Aberdeunant, Ascott, Ashdown House, The Beatles' Childhood Homes (20 Forthlin Rd & Mendips), Boarstall Duck Decoy, Boarstall Tower, Braithwaite Hall, Buscot Park, Cilgerran Castle, Cobham Wood & Mausoleum, Dorneywood Garden, Eastbury Manor House, Force Crag Mine, Grantham House, Gray's Printing Press, The Homewood, Housesteads Fort, Long Crendon Courthouse, Lundy, Moulton Hall, Nether Alderley Mill, Oakhurst Cottage, Orford Ness, Owletts, Pitstone Windmill, Priest's House, Princes Risborough Manor House, Priory Cottage, St John's Jerusalem, Shute Barton, Steam Yacht Gondola, Stembridge Tower Mill, Stonehenge, Wakehurst Place, West Green House, Westwood Manor, White Mill.
This pass does not allow admission to places with reciprocal entry agreements, such as English Heritage (including Stonehenge and Housesteads Fort) or National Trust for Scotland. Exceptions also include properties managed by Historic House Hotels Ltd, CADW, and local authorities.
11. This pass is for standard admission and parking only and excludes non-standard admission, group entry, paid transport, and paid and/or ticketed events.
12. Some National Trust places require booking in advance of the visit date. At these places, without a booking we cannot guarantee entry. It is important to check the property’s web page at www.nationaltrust.org.uk when planning a visit to check whether this is the case and to book tickets. To book with the pass:
i. Visit the place’s website, click ‘Book a Visit’.
ii. Select a free member’s ticket and when asked for your membership number please type your ticket order number into this section.
iii. Complete the transaction and you will receive a confirmation email. If you only select the free members tickets, you will not need to enter your debit/credit card details and you will not be charged.
iv. Present both your booking confirmation and the Explorer Pass order confirmation to the National Trust team member on arrival. Entry cannot be guaranteed without a booking confirmation. Free entry cannot be guaranteed without Explorer Pass confirmation.
13. This pass is not for resale and is non-transferable. If the National Trust deems this to have occurred, we reserve the right to refuse use of the pass and the full admission price may be charged.
14. Explorer Passes are non-refundable. No refunds will be given for any unused days of the Explorer Pass. No part refund will be given in the event of the closure of any property due to adverse weather conditions, health and safety or other operational reasons.
15. Should you wish to amend the start date of your Explorer Pass validity, you can do so by calling our bookings team on +44(0)344 249 1895 Local call rates apply. Lines open seven days a week (9–5 weekdays, 9–4 weekends and Bank Holidays).
16. This pass cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
17. This pass is not a membership of the National Trust and is not transferable against the cost of membership.

Quaker x NT Access Pass - Terms and Conditions
1. This National Trust day pass is single-use and is valid once from the date of issue through to Friday 4 April 2025 inclusive.
2. This pass allows free admission at participating National Trust places for 2 adults and up to 3 children, or 1 adult and up to 4 children. Adults are those aged 18 or over; children are those aged 5–17 inclusive; under 5s receive free admission.
3. Places excluded from the promotion are listed here: nationaltrust.org.uk/guest-pass-exemptions. Places managed by English Heritage (including Stonehenge and Housesteads Fort), National Trust for Scotland and other organisations are also exempt. 8. To redeem the pass, you will need to present the email with your valid pass (including barcode) to a team member at your chosen National Trust place. Mobile coverage may be limited at the National Trust place you choose to visit, so please download to your device, or print the email.
9. Passholders who cannot present the pass with a valid barcode (and booking if required), or visit an exempt place, will be charged the full admission price.
10. This pass is not for resale and is non-transferable. This pass cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or against National Trust membership and has no cash value/alternative.
11. Only one pass per household per visit will be permitted.
12. The pass may be used by residents of England, Wales and NI, except employees of Walkers Snacks Limited.
13. The National Trust reserves the right to refuse or revoke the pass at any time.
