House tickets

Timed house tickets are available from 10am on the day on a first come, first served basis with some afternoon slots available to pre-book online.

Your ticket includes entry to the house and studio, plus access to the gardens and woodland, but does not guarantee a parking space.

If you would prefer to book over the phone, please call 0344 249 1895.

Collecting pre-booked tickets

On arrival at Chartwell, head to the Visitor Centre to exchange your e-ticket for a paper ticket. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the time stated on your booking. Any tickets not exchanged 10 minutes before the time slot will be released back on sale in the Visitor Centre.

Please note, dogs are not allowed in the house.
