Nature Tots
Mini-explorers and their adults are invited to take part in fun outdoor activities at Longshaw.
Our monthly sessions have a nature related theme. We begin each session with play activities, followed by a story before we go out to explore the Longshaw Estate. Exploring makes you thirsty and hungry so we return to the centre for a drink and snack.
Refueled, the children can then participate in some simple craft activities before heading off home.
Please note the session price is £8 per child.
Please note:
- Meet at the Moorland Discovery Centre adjacent to the main Woodcroft car park.
- Come prepared for the weather as some of the session will be outdoors. Wellies and waterproofs are great.
- Sometimes we're 'off road' so buggies might not be able to access all areas. Baby changing facilities are available in the centre.
- Suitable for children 2-5 years of age.
- Sorry no dogs allowed in the sessions.
- Our sessions are often oversubscribed. If you are unable to attend a booked session please let us know - 01433 637907.
