Brownsea Island - Seahorse Ferry
Our Seahorse landing craft sailing times have been chosen to fit in with tide times in Poole harbour. As with all boat services to the island, this service may be cancelled due to bad weather. However, we’ll call you if we have to cancel.
Collection point
The pick up location is from Sandbanks Yacht Company slipway, postcode: BH13 7RD. The entrance is next to the Stephen Noble Estate Agents. Please note the Sandbanks Yacht Company operates a working boat yard so please be aware of vehicle & boat movements whilst on site. Passengers should congregate at the Sandbanks Yacht Company café where our skipper will meet you.
On board
The Brownsea Seahorse is open to the elements and there are no facilities on board. The crossing takes approximately 10 minutes.

The Seahorse landing craft is an accessible vessel which enables wheelchair users access to Brownsea Island. Please be aware of the following, prior to making your booking.
• Priority will be given to wheelchair and mobility scooter users and their carers
• The crossing takes around 10 minutes
• Please be aware that the vessel is open to the elements
• There are no seats or facilities on board
