Immortal Stourhead Triathlon - Camping
Are you competing in the Immortal Stourhead Triathlon on the 13 and 14 May?
Why not stay for the weekend and enjoy everything the event and Stourhead has to offer.
Stourhead campsite will be open between the 12 and 14 May 2023 for both competitors and their families attending the Immortal Stourhead Weekend.
40 grass pitches will be available for the weekend. Included in the pitch booking fee is access to our onsite toilet and shower facilities as well as access to the wider estate for woodland walks. The campsite is situated just a short distance from the event check in and property amenities.
Two night stay from Friday 12 May until Sunday 14 May: £52.50 (per pitch)
Three Night Stay from Friday 12 May until Monday 15 May: £80.00 (per pitch) must leave by 10am.
One tent/campervan allowed per pitch with a maximum of 3 adults or family of up to 6 people per pitch.
Please note:
- Please follow road signs to Stourhead car park and signage will then direct you the short distance to the campsite. A National Trust staff member will be at the entrance to greet you upon arrival.
- Please bring all camping equipment required for the weekend. Car parking will be available next to your pitch.
- The campsite is located in a level field with a hard standing pathway running through the middle. All pitches will be located on grass. Toilet and shower facilities with step access will be located in the field with our disabled toilet and baby change facilities located next to the main visitor car park.
- Children welcome. All under 18's must be accompanied by an adult.
- Please note that normal admission charges apply for access to Stourhead House and garden outside of the triathlon events. Entrance is free for National Trust members upon production of a valid member ship card.
- Triple Crown athletes will be given free access to Stourhead House and garden during normal admission times. Please ask the team upon arrival for further information.
- Well behaved dogs welcome on short fixed leads in the campsite/all outdoor areas of Stourhead.
- Booking in advance is essential.
- Entry to camping is on Friday 12th May is between 3pm and 9pm. If you would prefer to arrive on Saturday, then entrance is anytime from 9am. Please note you must have departed the site by 10am on Monday 15th May.
