Dawn chorus walk 2025 - Croome
Take an early morning walk in the park with our Ranger to listen to the dawn chorus.
See the park at a different time of day and listen to the dawn chorus at Croome. We hope to hear a wide variety of birds including the nightingales if we’re really lucky!
Meet outside visitor reception at 4.45am before setting off on a walk in the park to admire the sunrise and listen to the dawn chorus.
The route is approx. 4 miles. You’ll get back to the visitor centre for a hot drink and pastry at about 9am.
Please note:
- Meet at the RAF Visitor Centre (outside seating area).
- You’ll be outside all the time, so please dress appropriately in warm clothing with sturdy footwear. You may wish to bring a torch and binoculars.
- The route is approx. 4 miles and will be on grass paths and across fields in the park.
- Suitable for children with an accompanying adult.
