Learn how we care for our furniture, textiles, books and the challenges we face looking after them. Explore the store rooms with a member of our conservation team and discover some of the unique collection of objects not usually seen on display.

Please note:

• Normal Admission charges apply to non-members on arrival.
• Meet at the front door of Chastleton House.
• Join us from 1.45pm for a cuppa and piece of cake before the tour begins at 2.15pm.
• Wear warm clothing as it can be a bit chilly in the house depending on the weather outside! 
  Sensible shoes - no high heels.
• Entrance to the house is up 6 steep steps. The house has 12 flights of stairs going up 4 floors. The building is not accessible by wheelchair.
• This event is aimed primarily at adults.
