Join our Ranger volunteers on a guided group walk around areas of Ickworth you may not have seen before.

Head out into the estate and off the beaten track as our Ranger volunteers take you on a journey around the hidden parts of the estate. Ickworth spans across 1800 acres of land and on this group walk you'll have the opportunity to explore the vast parkland and woodland to see your favourite place from a new perspective. 

Each walk will take about 3 hours but there is an opportunity half way around to finish earlier, with the rest of the walk continuing.

Please note:

• Normal Admission charges apply to non-members on arrival.
• The walk will start promptly please arrive in good time and allow for traffic and the purchase of any day tickets.
• Meet at the Welcome point in the main car park.
• Come dressed in appropriate footwear and clothing. The walk will be going over uneven pathways. We'd also recommend you bring a drink, takeaways are available in our cafes.
• The routes may be over rough terrain and may include some steep inclines. Unfortunately the walk may not be suitable for wheelchair users or mobility scooters due to the nature of the walk.
• Children over 12 years old are welcome.
• Well behaved dogs on leads are welcome.
