A Conservation Tour
Take a step behind closed doors in the Rotunda to see Ickworth through the eyes of our Collections Team.
Ickworth is full of treasures, and each item, from buttons and bobbins to 7 foot statues, needs specific care and attention. Learn how and why we work so hard to look after our collections and discover just what goes on in the house when the doors are closed.
Please note:
- Normal Admission charges apply to non-members on arrival.
- Head to the Welcome Point to sign in and pick up your ticket.
- The House is cold in winter so wear layers. You may be asked to wear shoe coverings if your shoes are muddy. Large backpacks and push chairs an be left at the front door.
- Manual wheelchairs are available. House accessible by lift to all floors.
- Children are welcome.
- Sign in and pick up your ticket at the Welcome Point then head over to the front of the Rotunda to start the tour. Please do not bring food and drink into the Rotunda.
