Wet Felting Workshop
Learn the art of wet felting from expert felter Penny Madever.
Using natural and hand-dyed wool, you will be guided on how to wet felt a handmade vessel with expert Penny Madever.
Penny will guide you through the process of wet felting using the simplest of materials: wool, water and soap. She will show you how to form and shape a handmade vessel that participants can take home at the end of the workshop.

Please note:
- Please come to Visitor Welcome and ask to be directed to the Education Room.
- We advise bringing a pair of rubber gloves if you have sensitive hands (we use olive oil soap) an apron, a hand towel and a tea towel (the tea towel will be placed inside the vessel to retain shape).
- Unsuitable for children.
