Find out why deer rut and how we measure the quality of the deer on this guided walk. There is a chance we might see some examples so we recommend bringing binoculars, and there will be an element of hiding and remaining silent.

Walks will run on 23, 25, 28, 30 October and 4 November from 10.30am - 12.30pm.

Please note:

• Please meet at the main visitor car park for the House 15 minutes before the start time of the walk.
• This walk will be outdoors on some uneven ground. Please come prepared for the weather and wear sturdy footwear.
• This is a two hour walk through the Park which will involve some uneven ground and inclines. A reasonable level of fitness is required.
• Suitable for children aged 7+. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
• Assistance dogs only.
• Adult tickets are £5 each, children are free.
• If you wish to visit Petworth House after the walk, normal admission applies.
