Cream tea totter
Just a little 3 mile walk along the towpath from Dapdune Wharf, meet the boat at Bowers lock for a cream tea on the lockside and boat back.
What could be more appealing than stretching your legs along the towpath for a 3 mile walk, followed by a cream tea in the outdoors and a boat trip back?
Join our volunteers at Dapdune Wharf for a lovely afternoon on and beside the river.
Please note:
- Meet at the ticket hut at Dapdune Wharf in Guildford (off Woodbridge Road, behind the cricket ground).
- There may be puddles on the towpath if it's been wet, so footwear that can cope with mud is a good idea, but otherwise the walk is flat.
- The walk is flat, but you need to be able to walk 3 miles and be able to get up and down steps to access the boat.
- Please let us know of any allergens when you book.
