Summer of Play - Yoga on the Roof
Start the day with a positive vibe with a session of Sundar Yoga on the roof of the Visitor Centre.
Start your day off right with positive vibes only, and join yoga instructor Katrina from Souls by the Sea, for a one-hour, open air session of complete relaxation on the roof of the Visitor Centre. Connect with yourself and nature, whilst gazing over the stunning, panoramic sea views of Northern Ireland’s only UNESCO World Heritage Site.
If you have your own yoga mat, block, and strap, we ask that you bring this equipment with you to class.
Take this as your opportunity to relax the mind, whilst taking in the breath-taking, early morning views of the Causeway Coast.
Please note:
- Meet your instructor on the grass roof of the Visitor Centre.
- Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for the weather on the day, and if you have your own yoga mat/block/strap, please bring with you.
- This is a gentle Hatha yoga class, suitable for a variety of abilities.
- There is a sloping grass embankment leading to the grass roof.
