Explore one of Dorset’s natural treasures on this 6-mile guided walk through Holt Heath National Nature Reserve, one of the largest remaining areas of heathland in the county. Designated as a Site of Special Scientific Interest, Holt Heath is a haven for wildlife and a stunning example of rare lowland heath. 

Home to all six of Britain’s native reptile species and a variety of rare birds, this walk offers a fantastic opportunity to explore rich habitats, learn about conservation efforts, and enjoy sweeping views of unspoiled Dorset countryside. 

The walk covers a distance of 6 miles and takes approximately 3 hours. Perfect for nature lovers and anyone looking to explore one of Dorset’s most important landscapes.
