Storytime with Father Christmas
Join us for some festive magic. Create cosy Christmas crafts, gallop with hobby-reindeer and snuggle up for a festive story with Father Christmas in his magical grotto.
Please arrive in the Stableyard at the start of your ticket. The first 15 minutes we'll do some festive crafts together. The next 10 minutes we will get involved with the hobby reindeer riding school. The final 25 minutes we'll cosy down for a story with Father Christmas. There will also be a chance to have a photo and receive a gift. The session will end at the house basement.

Ticket price - £15 per child. Tickets for this event are non-refundable and can't be changed to other sessions.
We recommend this event is suitable for children aged 3 and up. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Due to space at Father Christmas' grotto, we can only admit one adult per child to the story time part of the session. Only assistance dogs allowed in the Grotto.

- This is both and indoor and outdoor event so please dress for the weather. There are lockers for large items of clothing as you move inside for the storytime part of the event.
- Step-free and wheelchair access is available. Please can all accessibility requirements be organised with us beforehand by emailing stourhead@nationaltrust.org.uk or calling Stourhead estate office on 01747 841 152. Please note that there is no accessible toilet in the house.
- Recommended for children aged 3-12.
- If you are joining us for the final session that the house and garden will be closed by the time the session ends.
- The main car park is a 10 minute walk to the house, so aim to arrive 10 minutes before your timed slot.
