Baby and toddler festive play session with Father Christmas
Be swept up in the magic of Christmas with a festive play and activity session, with a special visit from Father Christmas.
Join us for a special Christmas baby and toddler activity and play session, with a special visit from Father Christmas and a gift just for your little one.
This 30-minute session will include an interactive story/song, a keepsake craft for you to take home, and toys for the children to play with.
Father Christmas will make a special visit, giving each child a gift and there will be an opportunity to take a photo with the man himself.
This event is designed for children aged 6 months - 5 years, however older children are welcome.
Please purchase a ticket for each child attending, that you wish to receive a gift from Santa and have a photos.
Two adults per family permitted to attend with the child(ren).
If you are National Trust members feel free to explore the historic buildings, gardens and estate before or after your session time. If you are not an National Trust member please go to Visitor Reception to buy admission tickets to enjoy the rest of the property.
Please note that the Weaving Shed Restaurant and the Mill Yard Shop can be accessed without an admission ticket. The Mill Yard Shop will be open 9.45am - 5pm and the restaurant will be open 10am - 4.30pm.
Please note:
- Please meet in the Mill Yard near the Mill entrance at least 5 minutes before your entry time. Please note this is a 30-minute session. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your session, you may not be permitted entry.
- This is an indoor event.
- This event can be accessed via the mill lift for those who need it.
- It's not possible to accommodate buggies and prams in the event area. There is a buggy park in the Mill yard for them to be stored.
- Suitable for children aged 6 months - 5 years.
- A ticket needs to be purchased for each child attending as part of your group.
- Neurodiverse friendly sessions are also being offered for anyone who has additional needs on the Saturday 30 November and Thursday 19 December.
