Gather the family and settle in for a delicious breakfast while little ones meet our merry Christmas elves and enjoy a fun festive activity sheet.
Surrounded by breath taking winter views from Bedfordshire's highest point, it's the perfect way to start a magical day out on the Downs.
Once everyone is feeling full of festive cheer, wrap up warm and set off on our family trail to search for Santa's missing reindeer. Or if you fancy staying cosy inside, why not write and decorate a letter to Santa and post it in our special post box while you're here? (Visit our events page for details.)

Please note:
- Meet at the visitor centre to be greeted and seated by our elves.
- Christmas jumpers are encouraged! Plus warm clothes if you fancy venturing out on our festive trail while you're here.
- The visitor centre, café and toilets are wheelchair accessible. We have chairs with and without arms, induction loops and large-handled cutlery and crockery available for use in the café.
- This event is aimed at children.
- Well behaved dogs welcome on leads.
