Architecture & Gardens: photography workshops with Nick Matthews
Celebrating Skill: Craft & Graft. Follow in the footsteps of Colonel Lyle and explore photography in the grounds and gardens of Barrington Court.
Get out and about in January and join this workshop with photographer Nick Matthews. Learn about key photography techniques and skills, and put them into practice in Barrington Court’s gardens and grounds. With beautiful planting, historic architecture and stunning views and vistas, you’re sure to capture some memorable images and develop skills you can take away with you. This course is perfect for anyone with beginner to intermediate photography skills.
Price - £75 (includes admission to Barrington Court, all materials and use of tools, but you will need to bring your own digital camera).
Please note:
- On arrival, please call into Reception where you will be directed to the workshop.
- Please allow time to check into Reception before heading to the workshop.
- Weather appropriate clothing is needed as you will be exploring the gardens & grounds. Some of the workshop takes place indoors. You will need to bring your own digital camera.
- The site is wheelchair and mobility scooter friendly, although it does include some uneven paving and grassed areas. If you require any more information about the accessibility of the activity, please do not hesitate to contact us at barringtoncourt@nationaltrust.org.uk
- Suitable for adults, 18+
- Includes admission to Barrington Court, house currently closed for renovation.
