Belton Circular Walk - Parkland
Join one of our volunteer rangers and explore the wildlife and natural beauty of the Belton Estate. Stroll along the river, amble through the parkland and woodland areas on this scenic walk.
A circular morning walk taking in some fantastic vistas, whilst enjoying a wildlife rich, open area of wood pastures and ancient trees; with a historic deer herd. Join our volunteer ranger and journey across the estate to discover many hidden stories from the past and learn about some of the wildlife that calls Belton Park home.
Stroll along the river Witham, amble through the park, and explore the site of an ancient medieval village, and enjoy woodland areas on this scenic walk. Explore the less familiar areas of the park, discover a diverse range of habitats and get closer to nature while learning more about their natural surroundings and the conservation work being undertaken.
The walks will take place on the second Thursday of the month and alternate with the 'Belton Circular Walk - Gardens'.

- This event is on surfaced and unsurfaced uneven ground, meaning it is not wheelchair accessible. Grass, muddy, rutted paths, and sloping ground. There are no stiles.
