Winter birdwatching walks
3 March. As the seasons change, join us for a guided walk around the meadows and creeks of Newtown to discover the over-wintering birds.
From resident birds to those who visit at this time of year, the walk is a chance to learn all about birds, from spotting them to song identification.
Please note:
- Meet at Newtown Visitor Point (PO30 4PA).
- May be wet underfoot so please wear sensible footwear and suitable clothing for the weather.
- Please bring binoculars if you have them.
- Assistance dogs only are welcome on the walk. There is an accessible toilet and general car parking at the Visitor Point (parking charge for non National Trust members). Most paths are level but there may be some uneven ground.
- Suitable for the whole family.
