Skate Attingham: Festive Eco rink

This Christmas season, enjoy a festive skate at Skate Attingham. The synthetic rink will be open for 30 minute skate sessions every afternoon from Saturday 2nd December to Sunday 7th January (excluding Christmas Day).

Experience a magical 'first' at Attingham Park: Skate Attingham! This innovative skate rink is crafted from eco-friendly synthetic acrylic that doesn't consume excessive energy. If you are not a member of the National Trust grounds admission charges will also apply on the day.

Follow the fairy lights leading to the Outer Courtyard at the rear of the Mansion, where you'll discover Skate Attingham. Equip yourself with a pair of our special boots and glide gracefully onto the rink. Plus, it's all conveniently sheltered, ensuring a festive experience regardless of the weather. A treat perfect for the entire family to enjoy. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by a skating adult. Ages 13 to 17 should be supervised by an adult on the rink, or at the rink-side.

Each session lasts 30 minutes, with a 10-minute interval between sessions. Please arrive at the rink 5 minutes before your time slot.

Please note: unfortunately, we are unable to open the Eco Rink on Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 January. We have seen an unprecedented level of flooding and wet weather affecting the ground on the Estate, and all our teams will be needed to help open the Estate to visitors over the weekend.
