This tour will visit spaces specifically connected to the servants, some of which are not on the normal visitor route.
This tour is intended for adults to discover more about Calke.
Please note:
- This tour is free for National Trust members. Please bring your membership card with you.
- Normal admission charges to the Parkland and Gardens apply to non-members on arrival.
- Meet by the front of the house. Please arrive ten minutes beforehand, so your tour can begin promptly.
- Wrap up warm, as the house can get chilly in winter!
- This tour goes up and down two flights of stairs, with a handrail to access the first floor. Light levels can be low on gloomy days. Floor surfaces vary from room to room. Hearing loop available upon request. Seating is available in most rooms. The buggy service is available for access to the front of the house. A quiet space can be provided upon request.
