Group Led Cycle Tour of Ickworth Estate
Explore more of the estate this Winter on a cycle led tour, on Thursdays and Fridays throughout November and December.
Join a tour of Ickworth by bike where an expert guide will show you some interesting and historic features within the landscape.
Our group rides have been developed to allow everyone to enjoy and explore the Ickworth Estate by bicycle via the multi-use all weather trail. This trail is not too difficult or physically challenging, enabling us to cater for a wide range of riders as we want it to be fun and accessible for all.
The first half an hour will be setting you up with your bikes and familiarising yourself with it, then the following hour will be out on the bikes, doing a circular route, stopping at key estate highlights and vistas.
Please note:
- Normal Admission charges apply to non-members on arrival.
- Meet at the Cycle Hub, located in the main car park.
- Gates open up to 15 minutes before the start time.
- The tour will be entirely outside, so please bring layers and closed toe footwear, suitable for all weather.
- The ability to ride a 2 wheeled bike is essential. Please call us on 01284 735270 to discuss your accessibility needs and how we can help.
- Children aged 11 years and above welcome. This tour has been designed with adults in mind, however some older children may enjoy joining. Please consider your own child's interests before joining the tour.
