Paper Lantern Making Workshop
Make your day extra magical and create your own winter lantern to tour the mansion with.
Visit the Lantern House this festive season to design, decorate and build a paper lantern you can take home. Inspired by the theme of this year’s Hardwick Wintertide, take your finished masterpiece on a tour of the mansion as you explore light and shadows with your own creation.
This crafting session is suitable to families with children aged 4 - 10.
Standard admission fees apply if you would like to tour the mansion after the Winter Workshop.
This session lasts 1 hour, a toasty breakfast roll and a warming hot drink can be purchased before or after the workshop.
Please note:
- Standard admission fees apply if you would like to tour the mansion.
- Please meet in the Great Barn Restaurant, located in the Stableyard.
- This event takes place in The Loft which is on the first floor of the restaurant. It is only accessible via a staircase. There are disabled toilets located in the Stableyard opposite the Great Barn Restaurant, and accessible parking to the front of car park.
