Visit the grotto for a special meeting with Father Christmas. His elves have been busy making gifts for all who visit.

Come to the Coach House 15 minutes before your scheduled time slot to scan your National Trust Membership card or pay admission.

• Suitable for babies and children up to 8 years old.
• If your child has any special requirements that you think we ought to know about, or which might affect your visit to Father Christmas, please get in touch with us and we'll be happy to discuss how we can best facilitate your visit.

Please note that due to limited space, there is a maximum of two adults per booking.

Please note:

• Normal admission charges apply to non-members on arrival.
• Come to the Coach House 15 minutes before your scheduled time slot to scan your National Trust membership card or pay admission.
• Dress for the weather, as although the grotto is indoors, we recommend wrapping up warm for the experience.
• The grotto is accessible. Please see the Rufford Old Hall website for the full access statement or contact the property team to discuss your requirements.
• All children must be accompanied by an adult. Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled, so please select your tickets, date, and time with care.
