Mindfulness Walk
Join us for a mindful journey in nature being aware of our senses, walking through woodlands followed by gentle movements in the sand dunes.

Traverse sensory landscapes living in the moment, concluding with mindfulness movements in the soothing embrace of the sand dunes. Please note:
- Normal parking charges apply to non NT members.
- Meet at Visitor Reception (at the bottom of the driveway) Ferry Road, Studland, BH193AQ.
- Please arrive five minutes before the event start time.
- Wear clothing suitable for the weather. Walking shoes recommended.
- Mixed and uneven terrain throughout. Designated accessible parking. Accessible toilets at Knoll Beach, Middle Beach and Shell Bay. Changing place at Knoll Beach.
- Minimum age 14. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
