Create With Us: Creative Writing Workshop
Come and join us for creative writing workshops through the year exploring themes of Elizabethan festivals, changes in the seasons, or empowering women.
Create your very own poems and short stories through a series of short exercises based on a different theme throughout the year:
-11 May: Celebrate blossom and all things spring in this creative writing workshop!
-2 August: Celebrate Lammas Day with a creative writing workshop centred around harvest celebration!
-4 August: Join us on this special writing workshop as we tune into our senses and explore the gardens of Hardwick Hall.
-21 October: Delve into all things ghoulish, gothic and ghostly on the Hallowtide themed writing workshop.
-6 December: Join us on this Wintertide writing workshop as we celebrate the festive season. You’ll be guided through a few simple writing prompts, as we explore wintertime and reflect as this year comes to an end.
Suitable for all abilities, all we ask is you come with your imagination! Pen and paper will be provided, please feel free to bring any notebooks or tools with you that help to channel creativity.
