Chertsey Bridge circular guided walk
How about a nice, flat six-miler? Why not join the River Wey volunteers and get out in the fresh air?
Meet at Thames Lock in Weybridge, KT13 8LG, and follow the towpath to Coxes lock before crossing the road to head for Chertsey Meads and the Thames. We’ll stop by Chertsey Bridge for lunch so please bring a packed lunch. 6 mile walk.
Please note:
- Meet at Thames lock in Weybridge, KT13 8LG.
- Waterproof footwear is always a good plan for this walk if it's been raining.
- The walk is mainly flat but there is rough ground over the meads and a bridge with steps to cross at Addlestone.
- We will get the ferry back to Weybridge from Shepperton Lock - this costs £3.50
