British Sign Language Guided Tour - the Orchard
Enjoy a tour of the orchards at Acorn Bank, supported by a qualified British Sign Language Interpreter.
Some of Acorn Bank’s Orchard highlights will be brought to life for hard of hearing and Deaf visitors by one of our expert volunteers, supported by a BSL interpreter.
Follow an Orchard tour to discover what's special about some of the 175 types of apple grown at Acorn Bank.
Please note:
- Normal Admission charges apply to non-members on arrival.
- Meet outside the Dovecote.
- Orchard tours will walk over grass surfaces and gravelled paths. There are two stone steps between the walled garden and the top orchard, however, there is an alternative route suitable for visitors on wheels.
- Children are welcome.
