Evening Yoga Nidra
Experience deep relaxation and inner connection in an evening Yoga Nidra class in the historic Orangery at Hanbury Hall with yoga instructor Emma Blunston.
Experience the sun setting over the formal gardens as you immerse yourself in the enchanting realm of Yoga Nidra. This blissful practice combines meditation, visualisation, and intention-setting, guiding you on a journey of deep relaxation and self-discovery.
Designed for everyone and all levels, whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, Yoga Nidra welcomes all.
The session will begin with a meditation, breathwork and some gentle Yin Yoga moving then into 30min – 40min Yoga Nidra.
Experience the profound benefits of "yogic sleep" – one hour of Yoga Nidra equals four hours of regular sleep, making it exceptionally restorative.
Please bring:
~ Additional blankets, cushions, socks, eye pillows, and warmer clothing. Imagine you're going to be lying down for a long time, so make yourself as comfy as possible.
Please note:
- Please check-in at visitor reception and meet your instructor by the Orangery in the formal gardens. Please note it is a 5 minute walk from the car park to the Orangery.
- Please bring water, additional blankets, cushions, socks, eye pillows, and warmer clothing.
- There is level access into the formal gardens, and an accessible toilet in the Courtyard Kitchen.
- Not suitable for children.
- This class is not suitable if you have had recent surgery, are going through rehabilitation, or are pregnant. If you have any of the above you must have approval from a medical specialist or doctor confirming you can do yoga.
- Please disclose any injuries before taking part in the class.
