Plant history: South Terrace planting workshop

On Thursday 6 June from 9.45am-12pm help shape this summer's planting displays in the Formal Garden. Discover and learn how you can plant beautiful summer displays with climate and sustainability in mind. Position and plant the South Terrace flowers, adding to Kingston Lacy's historical planting records.
Spaces are limited and tickets are £10 per person. Please note this does not include standard entry to Kingston Lacy.
If you are a member please have your membership card ready to be scanned. If you are a non-member please note you will need to pay £19 (or Gift Aid admission £21) for standard admission to the property.
Please note:
- Normal admission charges apply to non-members on arrival.
- Please meet our Senior Gardener at Visitor Reception.
- Please wear suitable clothing and footwear for gardening such as sturdy boots . You will be based outside so please dress appropriately for the weather.
- This event requires good physical ability as it includes bending and kneeling on grass and soil.
- This event may not be suitable for everyone. If you would like to attend and would like to discuss your access requirements, please call 01202 883402.
- Suitable for adults over 18 years old.
- Refreshments not included. Refreshments are available in the cafe, in our main courtyard.
