Presented with original music and sparkling humour in delightful settings from picturesque gardens to sweeping country parks, Chapterhouse Theatre Company’s lovely new adaptation of Beauty and the Beast is perfect for all the family!
So, pack your picnics, grab your wet weather gear or sun-cream (or both), something to sit on, and prepare yourself for an enchanting evening.
The performance is two hours, including a 20 minute interval.
Babies under 12 months go free.
National Trust admission charge does not apply.
Please note:
- Meet in the upper garden.
- No seating is provided – please bring blankets or low-backed seating, to ensure everyone can see the stage.
- Performance will take place in all weather conditions.
- The event is fully accessible. To ensure all guests can see the stage, we ask that ticket holders with blankets only position themselves in front of the stage, and those on seats sit further back. This won't impact anyone's enjoyment of the performance.
- Suitable for children aged 6+.
- The Upper Garden Shop will be open until the performance starts for you to browse.
- The Upper Garden Café will be open throughout serving a selection of hot and cold drinks, snacks and ice-cream.
