Festival of Archaeology at Gunby
Join us for a celebration of archaeology at Gunby as part of the nationwide Festival of Archaeology.
Join us on a 4 mile archaeology walk to Bratoft Manor (the former home of the Massingberd family). The walk will take you to the wider estate and pass through the old medieval village of Gunby.
We'll have archaeology colouring in activities on the courtyard for anyone who is feeling creative.
Please note:
- Meet in the courtyard.
- Wear sensible clothing and footwear for the weather.
- The walk is over mixed level terrain and some areas may be muddy underfoot.
- Children welcome - may not be suitable for very young. Colouring on the day is suitable for ages 4 and up.
