Come and learn all about the green benefits of composting.
Come and learn all about the green benefits of composting - with demos and tips on how to get started and getting the most out of your compost heap.
Please note:
- Normal admission charges apply to non-members on arrival.
- Please meet in the welcome building.
- Accessible toilet on ground floor. Blue Badge parking. Not accessible by mobility scooter. From the accessible parking space, entry to the house is through the rear door. There is no lift to the upper floor, access via large wooden staircase. The stairs are shallow and wide, with a wide banister. There are 2 landing areas on the staircase, and approximately 23 stairs in total.
- Wear comfortable clothing suitable for gardening and sensible outdoor shoes/boots.
- Help yourself to teas, coffee and water inside the house. Small donation suggested.
- Book your free place in advance. There may be spaces on the day.
