Take a look inside the historic icehouse from the newly installed viewing platform. 

Normal admission applies. As well as a ticket for this walk, you will need a minimum of an Outdoor and Tower ticket. Admission is charged per person. Car parking is included in normal admission. Admission is free for National Trust members but should still be pre-booked.

Please note:

  • Standard admissions charges apply to non-members on arrival. 
  • Please meet in Stone Court at 11.20am to start the walk promptly at 11.30am.
  • Please dress for the outdoors and wear suitable footwear.
  • The paths are relatively flat but this walk will go off paths so is unsuitable for buggies or wheelchairs.
  • Content is aimed at an adult audience, children welcome at parents discretion.
