Hear the birds, feel the earth, and smell the blossom on this Mindful Walk around the woodlands and grounds. We will connect with body and mind, pausing at certain points for gentle movement and breathing exercises helping you to connect with the environment around you. The walk will last approximately 60 minutes dependent on the group.
