In 1943 Studland became one of the most important Battle Training Areas in Britain. Join us as we explore the landscape around Fort Henry and tell the extraordinary story of what really happened here in the build up to D Day.

  • Meet at: Knoll Beach Visitor Reception, Ferry Rd, Studland, BH193AQ.
  • Please arrive 5 minutes before the event start time.
  • Wear clothing suitable for the weather. Walking shoes recommended.
  • Mixed and uneven terrain throughout. Designated accessible parking. Accessible toilets at Knoll Beach, Middle Beach and Shell Bay.
  • Recommended minimum age: 14. U18s accompanied by an adult.
