Ranger Walk, Killerton's Orchards, Apple Juice & Cider-Great Big Green Week
Killerton's heritage orchards are havens for nature and supply apples for traditional cider making.
Join Ranger Harry on a walk and talk around Killerton's traditional orchards, stopping off at some of the most interesting and oldest fruit trees as well as the cider barn, where we still produce our estate apple juice and cider on a 250 year-old cider press.
This walk is free of charge but booking is essential.
Well behaved dogs welcome.
Please note:
- Meet outside the engine house in the main visitor carpark at Killerton House, EX5 3LE.
- Please wear good walking boots or sturdy shoes and dress for the weather.
- Distance: approximately 1 mile.
Terrain: Mostly flat with some uneven surfaces. - Assistance dogs welcome.
- Children over 12, accompanied by an adult, are welcome.
