To help you get started with your balcony garden, the National Trust has teamed up with experts this spring to bring you a series of free, hands-on workshops.
Join Plant CIC at Moda, Angel Gardens to explore how to turn your balcony or windowbox into a green oasis for wildlife.
At the end, you can take your garden creation home with you.
Places are limited, so book early to avoid disappointment.
This event is open to anyone, including people who have registered to take part in the Sky Gardening Challenge 2024. The Sky Gardening Challenge is supported by Blue Diamond Garden Centres and CJ Wildlife, and delivered in collaboration with First Choice Homes Oldham, MODA, Middlewood Locks and Get Living. Location: 7th Floor Terrace, Angel Gardens, 1 Rochdale Rd, Manchester, M4 4GE

Time: 1pm – 3pm
Access: Both the access route from the front entrance to Level 7 and Level 7 itself are fully accessible with an accessible toilet. Level 7 can be accessed by three lifts in the main reception and the concierge team will be more than happy to assist if required. There is a small incline just as you're heading onto the terrace.
Refreshments: No refreshments are provided at this event but it may be possible to buy them from the venue.
