Bat walks at Sheringham Park

Explore the secret world and sounds of bats on a stroll through Sheringham Park at sunset.

Join an expert guide and go in search of these fascinating mammals, known in Norfolk as ‘flittermice’, as you experience Sheringham Park in a new light.

As bats fly and feed, listen-in to their clicks, chirps, squeaks, and even ultrasonic sounds, using a bat detector.

Children can tick 'Going on a nature walk at night' and 'Go stargazing' off their list of the 50 things to do before you’re 11¾ - the National Trust's compilation of activities to inspire play in nature.

More dates and times are running at nearby Felbrigg Hall, Garden and Estate.
