Winter at Sizergh
Please begin your visit at the Visitor Welcome desk in the Visitor Centre.
Wander through nature-themed light and sound installations, designed by local artists and inspired by Sizergh’s estate, and get closer to our winter wildlife. In the House, discover the intriguing story of the Strickland turkey, and enjoy historical Christmas decorations through the ages. Then get creative in the Great Barn, with festive crafts for all.
After you’ve explored the trail and the House, don’t forget to grab a bite to eat and have a browse in the shop.
Please note:
- Non-member tickets are priced to include admission fees, which you would usually pay on the door.
- We will reserve a small number of tickets for walk-ups, but booking tickets is the best way to guarantee your place. We recommend that you book early to avoid disappointment. Each timed entry has limited capacity, and the early evening and weekend slots are likely to sell out.
- Members MUST bring their membership cards to scan on arrival.
- Please begin your visit at the Visitor Welcome desk in the Visitor Centre.
- The trail is outdoors, and may be muddy, so we recommend wrapping up warm, and bringing waterproof clothing and wellies if needed.
- Children are most welcome. Under 5s go free.
