Chapel Concert: Fitzhardinge Consort

The Fitzhardinge Consort return to Tyntesfield for a festive recital celebrating seasonal music across the ages.

Following their captivating previous performances, The Fitzhardinge Consort return to Tyntesfield for a festive recital celebrating seasonal music across the ages - part of our special series of matinee chapel concerts in partnership with St George’s Bristol’s Festival of Voice.

This acclaimed choir, made up of professional musicians from across the West of England and South Wales, will fill Tyntesfield’s chapel with glorious harmonies and festive cheer. Their programme features a rich mix of well-loved carols and hidden gems, perfectly matched to the chapel’s beautiful acoustics and magical atmosphere.

Renowned for their vibrant interpretations of Renaissance and Baroque works, as well as contemporary compositions, The Fitzhardinge Consort has earned widespread praise for both their artistry and innovation. Members of the choir have performed with The Tallis Scholars, the choirs of St Paul’s Cathedral and Westminster Abbey, and in leading roles at Covent Garden and Glyndebourne.

Beyond the concert stage, the choir is developing an ambitious programme of charity, education, and outreach projects, bringing the joy of music to those who need it most but hear it least.

Come and experience the warmth, elegance, and festive spirit of this special Christmas concert in one of the region’s most enchanting settings.
