Working more effectively with the Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise Sector
VCSE organisations deliver a huge amount for communities, by creating, managing and activating green spaces locally – connecting with these organisations is key part of the Nature Towns and Cities programme. Join us to hear directly from community organisations about what has worked well in their collaborations with Local Authorities, as well as what they see as the key improvements to be made.
Speakers include Debbie Freeman (Zebra Collective, Plymouth), Tom Kirby (Granton Community Gardeners, Edinburgh) and Kieron McGlasson (Sow the City, Manchester)
Over the coming weeks, we will be holding more themed sessions on topics including community led greening, health and wellbeing, funding and finance, and urban green infrastructure. Keep an eye out and sign up to our mailing list to keep up to date on upcoming events.
The webinars will take place on Zoom. Once you’ve booked your space, we’ll send you an email with a link and instructions before the webinar starts.
This webinar will be presented by the National Trust, The National Lottery Heritage Fund, and Natural England.
